A Bit About Me
Chris had a way of lighting up any room with his laughter and his smile. He had a great sense of humor
and loved making people laugh. He thoroughly enjoyed spending time with his family and friends,
camping, cooking out, bike riding, dirt track racing, playing horseshoes, sitting by a campfire or just
kicking back talking and joking around. Chris loved his kids and was very protective of them,
he enjoyed taking them to the park and playing with them and he also loved flying baby Kristin
around the house and making her laugh. Chris had a big heart and was very observant to what
people needed and eager to help out whenever he could. He helped his Dad paint his house and
was especially helpful by reaching all the hard to get to places. He worked quite often for his friend
Gary mostly doing yard work using a weed whacker for the whole yard because it is so rough and hilly.
Chris liked to be busy and was always checking to see if I needed any help with anything around my house
or with my car. He was a handyman who always took care of what needed fixing around his house.
He was mechanically gifted and enjoyed working on cars to help out his family and friends. Chris enjoyed
dirt track racing for a short time at Stateline Speedway with Annie and the kids being his biggest fans. When
Chris lived in Gerry he loved riding the kids around the yard on his dirt bike and then flying down the
trails in the woods by himself afterward. Chris loved listening to music and some of his favorites were
Eminem, 2 Pac, Boys II Men, but Mike’s rhymes were by far his most favorite of all. He possessed a gift
to write poems and rhymes, I love his Beautiful poem it truly is beautiful. Chris enjoyed the time he spent with
his big brother Mike and was honored to be his best man in his wedding, which made him so proud,
and as you can see in the photos he had a lot of fun the whole day. Chris was protective over his little sister
Kaitlyn and was always checking to see what she was up to, recently he had complimented her on the necklaces
she's been making telling her how nice they are. He had several different bikes throughout the years and
enjoyed motocross racing in his earlier years, and more recently he enjoyed going to the Gateway
skate park or just out riding with his good friend Dominick and showing off his many tricks he’d learn
I remember I would get so nervous watching him do his bike tricks and ride his dirt bike. I suppose
it's a Mom thing but he sure was a daredevil. We all miss him more than words can say, and are all
thankful for the times we spent with Chris, and the fond memories we have of him will live on in our
hearts forever. The love we all have for Chris will endure through to eternity when we will all see him again.
